SERVERS ARE GREAT! -read about BAN not flaming..

Ok i play at most nfo servers cuz i live in seattle.. and i love the ping you guys get.. ive never been banned from one of your servers EVER.. but when i try and connect to the nfo dm server it says iam banned.. i have never played there before.. i play at OneManRiot instant respawn and the ping isnt nearly as good at nfo servers but when i try and connect it says iam banned...

can you look up why iam banned? if there was a reason and if it was on accident or how ever it happend if you can unban..?
