The same style copy/paste response you get with support.
Spent 10 months trying to get help with BF3 issue.
You reply, they take 2+ weeks to respond, and you end up with a generic response not even related to your issue. And at times they repeat the same response.
They don't read shit, they don't care about providing quality customer support once they have your money.
Can't figure out why anyone spends money on the garbage they throw out as final release quality when it should have never passed Alpha stage.

Been doing the same thing to their Twitter. They seem to be pushing Hardline pretty hard. I keep responding, fix BF4 first!
