I would recommend downloading this file https://github.com/adamdburton/pointsho ... master.zip

Once you have downloaded it, unzip it , and then drag the pointshop-master folder into your garrysmod/addons folder on your server. After that, you will need to perform a reboot and then it should be running.

The "!menu" system you're looking for is ULX, and that can be obtained in the control panel.
Games>ServerName>Basic Options>Easy Setup>Garrysmod-specific settings>

Find a drop down menu, install ULX that way. Easiest way I know.

Pointshop is a little messed up with the new "Summer Update" by Rubat, I'm having problems with that myself. Sorry man!
