Everything up to that last jump is good... that last jump isn't good at all..

how can i fix it and would i ping alot better?

do i contact nfo?
or my isp i need a better ping

its more important that we see your tracert. that is, the one from you to the server, not the server to you.

One lost packet isn't necessarily bad; it just means that hop would need to be investigated further. It could have just been a fluke.

We really do need to see his trace to the server to assess his situation.

izZy, on that same Trace tab in the control panel, there are some instructions on how to trace to your server. You just need to read further down to find them.
