Some help with Webhosting

So, this is my first time starting from a blank slate, and I need some help.

I've never created a website or anything like it before.
So I'm looking for someone to help me create one, or tell me how.

Where would be a good place to start? What would I do? Etc.

I plan on it being forums for a Gmod server, but it also needs to have a donations page and preferably server status thing.
