Admins can talk while dead.
I'm not sure why, but more and more often, I'm seeing admins and other players can talk while dead in the TTT server, which is a problem for running a ttt server. Thankfully I"m still in testing and anything happening now is just debugging errors. But I need to fix this asap.

Setting sv_alltalk 0 in your server.cfg should correct that.

I can't edit my post oddly, so sorry for the double post.
I tried SV_alltalk 0 and it isn't working, players can still hear me. I'm using ULX which I suspect can be the cause of this. Anything else?

Okay, so no one on NFO servers is going to help me, awesome.

Do keep in mind. This is a community forum. Replies on a forum can take anywhere from a few hours to a day or more depending on the type of question.
It looks like you mentioned your next step in your reply. If you believe ULX is to blame you'll want to try removing yourself as an admin or disabling is temporarily.
In general, sv_alltalk is the command to use to stop this behavior, so since it's not working means there is something specific to Garry's mod or something that you're running which is overriding or ignoring this command. Have you thrown your question into Google with the suffix "garrysmod" to see what turns up?
