Greetings. I am a new user at this forum. I play in CS 1.6 servers hosted by nfoservers.com
The servers are located in North America. I am a resident of Pakistan located in Asia. I have been playing in certain North American servers for almost 3 years. I don't know if it's acceptable to name them here since it can count as advertising.
So, my problem is, for the past two-three months. I can't access to these servers anymore. They are just, not showing up anymore in my favorites list. Furthermore, I am a community manager of the community hosting those servers so being banned is not any answer. Furthermore, many players from my country are not able to join these servers anymore. I have not contacted any authority in my country yet because frankly, I don't know whom to contact. ISP is not a choice since all of us from Pakistan have different ISPs.
Please do let me know why can't we access to the servers located in NA from Pakistan. However, while using vpn, I can access to these servers but with ping over 400.

Please contact us with your IP address and a copy of your tracert to one of the servers that you are unable to reach, and we can investigate further. A routing problem of some sort may be at play, and we'll be able to tell you if your next step will be to contact your ISP.

Sure. Can you give me a link? And by the way. What is a tracert? If you are on windows, open a command prompt(click start, search cmd, press enter) and type:
tracert 1.2.3.4
Change the IP to the IP you can't connect to.

I have sent an email regarding my problem to the provided link. Really? Please add me, I would be interested in seeing a trace to our server! I would like our server to be available to everyone

We respond within minutes to all request. Double check the email and confirm you sent it to the correct address. Be sure to also add support@nfoservers.com to your whitelist.
I also did check the email you registered on the forum with and there is only one request and it was back in July. All responses were very prompt and we even followed up when you no longer responded.

The first line will definitely respond within minutes after you open this. If they can't determine the problem and solution, it will be escalated to me (and they'll let you know that they're escalating to me) and I will likely be able to look at it within 12 hours. We don't mess around here!
