Mounting CSS content onto server

Hi, i want to add CSS content to my NFO server but the file is relatively large (700+MB). If i try to manually add the content folder by FTP it will take almost 2-10 hours. My question is, is there a faster way to install it to my server?

We pre-mount CS:S content for all of our standard Garry's mod customers already. You can confirm it is mounted by switching your server to a CS:S map. If it works, than it's mounted properly.
