Hello,
Thank you for your service and providing great support. I have been running my server for a few months and no issues to report.
I am curious in some upgrade options. Currently i have: 3 core, Traditional unmanaged VDS, 3072 MB memory, 300 GB HD, 40 GB SSD and 1 IP.
I saw the post about " upgrade or downgrade a single component of the package ....something that we generally cannot do.."
http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =47&t=4999
I would like to upgrade the SSD size to 80 GB (add additional 40 gb to current package) and upgrade the memory if that is something that can even happen. If I were to check Add SSD space to my package which all ready has it, would it double my space for another 19.99 /mo?
That is something that i would greatly appreciate if possible and just increase my value and use. Running Arma2/dayz epoch, SQL, and Arma 3 all on the SSD would be amazing.
I know you said it's "...something that we generally cannot do.." but i wanted to at least ask for my personal situation and wasn't sure if it was all ready asked in this context.
Thank you again,
Detour

Re: Upgrade (add) more SSD/Memory to current package
Adding memory is definitely something that can be done through the normal order page.
As for the SSD, it would be best to open a ticket and give the identifier of your VDS, so NFO could check for availability on your specific machine or location.

Forgot about using the control panel for a ticket request! Submitted and pending. Thank you for the response.soja wrote:Adding memory is definitely something that can be done through the normal order page.
