help with my tracert

here is my tracert does not look to good but i dont under stand these so wondering if you can help....i help pay for Orange County Cs and also am a Bongtokin community member plz help me life is not normale with out this hahaha no kidding but wondering if this is a bad tracert....i have reformated done ever thing so i am at this point i get like 200 ping in all nfo'ssss help..........

according to that tracert you should get about 40-45 ping

what is your isp?

Sounds like you should look at your rates first, since your tracert is decent. Particularly your "rate" variable.
