I need help installing my hud

Okay guys, im using the blueline_hud of roketmania. I cant install it, it wont show up on the server. I dont know what im doing wrong, but i guess a step by step of installing it will be helpfull

If you go to his script http://coderhire.com/browse/script/507/ ... for-darkrp at the bottom is says "How to install?" just follow those steps and it should work, and if it doesn't i would recommend
contacting him and having him help you.
