Cant access !give command

I made a murder server and i downloaded the !give command. When i type !give in chat it says you dont have access to that command, when i am super admin. Please help

It would be useful if you defined which administration system you are using for your Garry's Mod server. If you are running a system that the plugin was not designed for it may be looking for IsAdmin which may not be defined.

This happens especially when running Evolve because it has custom rankings and doesn't always define the IsAdmin member class. It's usually an easy edit in the LUA to make it detect your rankings.. please be more specific.
