How do i add addons to my website like donations... Using WinSCP?

You go to your control panel for your website and click on 'File Manager'. Once you are there you will have the details required for logging into the FTP server. You stated WinSCP which I believe uses SSH (Port 22) converted into FTP.. you would be better off getting a program such a 'FileZilla' which is much easier for entry level users.
The advantage of using FileZilla is that is has multi-file transfer, so instead of pushing one file at a time you are able to upload up to 10 which is great for html/php files that are small.
