That forum has no boards. So there is no where to post. The admin there would need to create some before anyone can post.

I apologize for saying this, but you won't be able to create a website with an attitude like that. You are given a clear cut guide that explains everything step by step, but you are not willing to read it.

I told you this before and I will repeat, the best way to create a website is by following tutorials and guides about the suite.
