Always failed ....
Hi, I am Camar form Philippines... I order VPS through paypal and it always fail... I checked my balance and its okay.. no problem with it but the problem is NFO always fail I tried Credit Card also and still failed.. tsk.

Where are you getting referral system? He is trying to order a VDS, but is being restricted for some reason. They will figure it out I'm sure.

Pain, that was one of those spammers who post something random from another post, then set a signature that they change later to a spam link. I've deleted the account now and I'll lock this thread.
