I was busy for someday and when i came back i saw this event log

Oct 14 2014 01:55:39 PM PT A particularly large attack against the same TS3 customer as before in Chicago again exceeded our connection capacity today, as we attempted to fight the attack without null-routing the shared TS3 server entirely. We have been forced to block traffic to this customer and we will be requiring that he move away from our shared hosting.

i dont really know what it is but i no longer can access the ftp even wipeing is not helping so can anybody tell me what is this

That notice was 5 days ago, it would not be effecting you now.

What kind of server do you have, TS3, or a game server?
