Im currently running two Arma 3 Altis Life Servers on the Intel Xeon E3-1271v3 Dedicated Server package. My first server is the one that almost fills up (70 - 90), while server two might get 10 people.
Once it gets over 60 players its constant red chain and lag and desync. Itll spring up to 80ish players when everyone connects (over a span of 5 - 10 minutes, not all at once) and then fall back down to 50 or 60. Because its unplayable due to the desync. My SQL Database and the servers are on the SSD.
Could I please get some help with tweaking these settings to better fit my 100 slot main server. If the settings could handle it, I would have no problem filling up server one and halfway fill up server two.
Your minbandwidth is way too high. That number is done in bps and with you setting 107374182 you are saying it's outputting 107Mbps at minimum. Hard to say what problems this will cause, but I'd lower it to a more reasonable number.
I would also recommend setting this in your server.cfg.
guaranteedUpdates = false;
Edit: Bohemia describes this value as..
Bandwidth the server is guaranteed to have (in bps).
This value helps server to estimate bandwidth available.
Increasing it to too optimistic values can increase lag and CPU load, as too many messages will be sent but discarded.
Default: 131072
I'd say set it to something like 5Mbps(5000000) and leave the max where it's at.
@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point

Thanks for the quick reply! My servers restart in an hour from now and Ill implement the two suggestions and let you know how it goes. Thanks!
Just as kraze suggested, the minbandwidth value should not be set to a too unrealistic value. Usually the server finds a suitable value for the min/max settings by itself, you just help it a bit to narrow the range down sooner with defining those values.
To the problem. I doubt that setting the parameters in the basic.cfg will have much of an effect on your server. The server is under a high player load with 100 players (btw this is a modded mission file you are using , the official mission only has 75 player slots defined - for a very good reason...). As long as BI does not address the issues resulting from a high client count in a future update (they are working on this), it is not really recommendable to use a client connection number higher than 50 - 60. You might get away with this on a pure PvP mission, but not on a COOP AI mission.
What you can try to do is using a Headless Client on the server, which will override the internal bandwidth limits on the server and might help a bit to reduce desync issues. Unfortunately, using HC brings other problems, but there are not really that many options at the moment.
Ok I understand, thanks for the info. I tried changing the min bandwidth to what was suggested above and it helped, but very little. Im also running the Altis Life mod which has the Headless Client im pretty sure, just dont know much about it or how to fool with it. Theres currently 3 other servers on this mod by Asylum Community, all three of their servers are always, and I mean always maxed out at 100/100 players. So this leads me to think there has to be a way. I just dont know what.
