Can someone help me set up my server?

I want to set up a Free For All DM server based on this one, but I haven't done this in a really long time and I don't know where to start. I tried to google what plugins they were using but couldn't find anything on it, so I was wondering if some of the fine people here could lend me a hand.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have not played the specific server you listed so I am not sure what plugins they are running, however you can use https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=233685 as the deathmatch plugin. You would then set mp_teammates_are_enemies to handle the ffa aspect of it.
