DarkRP (OOC) and [Advert] HELP

What I am trying to do is this, I'm not even sure where to put this or where to edit it if it exists. For example. You type // in chat, and it only says your steam name with a time stamp at the very beginning. Time - Name: Message. What I want to do is make it so when you type // It says
Name [OOC]: Message. I'm not very good with creating lua from scratch or even know where to put something related to this. I also want the same for when you type /advert it does [Advert]: Message.

I think you are looking for a chat tag addon. http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php?topic=6196.0 is a free one you can use. You would have to follow the manual install instructions to get it to work with DarkRP. You can also look up alternatives like Atlast Chat or Scorpys Simple Chatbox.
