Connecting/Disconnecting Error
My players join for like 30 seconds, and after that it says they disconnect. I had all y friends from when I was running it on LAN and they connect just fine. Anyone new just connects and gets disconnected.

When did this start occurring and have you made any recent changes to your server? Also have you checked your server logs for any errors which may provide some insight as to why they are disconnecting?
