Can anyone help me to make a script that will sync demos from my hltv server to my webserver?

Which OS is your HLTV server and web server running?

HLTV is windows, webserver is linux i guess.

Is this something that you have set up yourself on an unmanaged service?

To do the sync, you'd need to run a script that connects to the game server machine and retrieves the files, likely through FTP.
