Darkrp help

So i wiped my darkrp server and put everything back i had in a backup folder i added it and now i dont have darkrp admin commands like rp_setmoney, rp_setspawn, ect. i reset ulx also moved the gamemode to my private server to test it worked fine so is there a config or something or a specific file i need to reset to get the admin commands, also i am in the rank "Superadmin"

There is a problem with your ULX. Make sure that your "Superadmin" group is all lowercase "superadmin" and if that still doesn't give you those commands you should just get a fresh install of ULX

I reset ulx deleted data and the addon then reinstalled it and it is still broken
