Unturned server is getting weird

When i first joined nfo and installed everything for unturned it was being perfect. After i unistalled certificate authority and reinstalled windows, everything went to crap. Before, i had no lag, cpu and memory was 20% and below, pople were very happy with your services, bt now, it very laggy and cpu and memory are up to 70%. What do i do?

Is the CPU usage being consumed by the game server or by a different process?

What do you mean when you refer to certificate authority?

By the server.

Certificate Authority that can be installed from the server manager.

Also the server crashes very often, but never did that before.
