"Getting Devices Ready"

Everytime I'm rebooting, I am getting this message. Anyone else come across this?

On Windows, that is a normal message that is just part of the boot process.

I don't believe that to be true. I've been installing VMs at work all week. The only time you should be seeing this message is when you first install an image. Maybe after certain updates. But not every reboot.

It likely has something to do with Win2k12R2 crashing at boot(known issue), causing it to go through some type of legacy process similar to installation. As long as it's not hanging there it shouldn't be an issue.
@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point

@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!

I have seen this frequently on bare metal machines also. It just means that drivers are being loaded, as far as I can tell. If you can find some negative to it, we can investigate further, of course.
