End of Round TTT Music Help

Hi, I've been having a problem where I get the error
Failed to load sound "ttt\traitorsounds\karatekid.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository
whenever a certain sound is supposed to play, part of an addon. I've talked to the addon author and everything is correct in the way it's set up. He said the problem was that the mp3 files weren't being downloaded by connecting players, but they are. I made a support request and NFO support members helped me set up the files in my webhosting file manager, the files are all there and download perfectly, but at the end of the TTT Round when the music is supposed to play i get that error? Any suggestions?
