Help reviewing Console Log errors

I'v been having some bad connection issues (probably from the machine's end), but i figured I'd run some tests to see if my addons are causing any problems.

Last I checked, with a locked server, and me being the only user on, I have a 26,000 byte console file. I sifted through the file, and found some errors that I'm not sure what they mean. So I was hoping someone could tell me some solutions to avoid getting these errors at all.

I've organized the errors by sections in which they appear in the log. Some sections may have unrelated errors, but I figured I'd leave them on. NFO mentioned some errors are just GMod based and are best left alone. But I see some addon errors, and I'm not sure why (e.g. non existing weapon files)
