Hello, I'm looking for a website / forum where I can hire a coder, not a place like ScriptFodder, I need a full time LUA Coder for my Garry's Mod server.
I also need a place where I can hire graphic / website designer, I don't mind expensive places, but I'd like a few links to some.
All they need to be able to do, is LUA Coding or PHP / HTML

Have you considered Joomla or Wordpress? You can save yourself some money and i'm sure admins on your server would be willing to help with the expansion of it.. Just some friendly advice.
