Info on switching servers

Alright, so I'm thinking of switching from my current host to your service. My current host is Xenon, so I wanted a little info before I start:
1. Do allow users to access all files of the server, including the core files that make it run? (access to the location of the main executable server file, etc)
2. Is there a web console, or is it something similar to this: http://gyazo.com/dafcdc0a97cab4ab4ec430906008e421
3. Finally, do you allow users to install .dll files to the server, as I use donation systems and mysql modules that require them.

Any added info would be appreciated, or someone to talk one on one with.

1. Yes you can access the servers cfg files.
2. Yes there is a RCON Client for your server.
3. Yes you can install .dll files through FTP, and your server also comes with a webserver that you can use to run your mysql.
