Hardline Pre-Order

First time I've done a pre-order on a server. How does this work? Our servers go online the 17th same as the release of the game itself? Or could we access them prior to release to configure them?

We'll get them to customers early if EA allows it, but at minimum they will be up when the game is released. The linked KB post does apply.

Hi NFO, can you set up a Hardline Board for us in the Gameservers area so we can ask any questions or post info before Monday's launch. I know there's a lot of hating on this game out there because of EA's overall botched BF4 release however, I had a lot of fun with Hardline and looking forward to getting our server online with NFO. Already have my preorder in.
