As stated above, I need to test these IPs and set some servers to use them instead of the first IP we had. Anyone know how to do this?

Ping the server you should get a response. Bind the IP to a game and connect to that game via that IP.

If I ping the IPs i get a request time out. And they are showing up on the IP list on the control panel. Is there more I need to do?

EDIT: Quit note. If I change the ip to say 254 at the end instead of the 106 when I ping I get a response.

You need to set the IP address in your operating system. Ordering the IP allows you to use it, using it involves changing your OS configuration.
