Are you running XAMPP? Appserv? WampServer? Do you have really badly-chosen passwords, or no passwords at all on some applications you've installed? These are the most common reasons for compromise.

Appserv and the passwords are strong, i also installed U Torrent and forgot to delete the torrent after so that might have been the issue as well. Anything else you might add?

If you downloaded an application through bittorrent and ran it, there's a good chance that it had a virus included. You would need to start from scratch and use a legitimate copy.
It would be best to avoid Appserv entirely. If you installed that, you should start from scratch with a different platform.
