Post by jmariano »

Hello

we followed this

http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... 46&t=11034

but after installation

we get this

writing new private key to 'tophervpn.key'
-----
Using configuration from /etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/2.0/openssl-1.0.0.cnf
Check that the request matches the signature
Signature ok
The Subject's Distinguished Name is as follows
countryName :PRINTABLE:'US'
stateOrProvinceName :PRINTABLE:'CA'
localityName :PRINTABLE:'SanFrancisco'
organizationName :PRINTABLE:'Fort-Funston'
organizationalUnitName:PRINTABLE:'MyOrganizationalUnit'
commonName :PRINTABLE:'tophervpn'
name :PRINTABLE:'EasyRSA'
emailAddress :IA5STRING:'me@myhost.mydomain'
Certificate is to be certified until May 9 04:28:13 2025 GMT (3650 days)

Write out database with 1 new entries
Data Base Updated
Generating DH parameters, 2048 bit long safe prime, generator 2
This is going to take a long time
......................................................................................................................................................................................+...............................................................................................................++*++*
Shutting down openvpn: [ OK ]
Starting openvpn: [FAILED]

Finished!

Your client config is available at ~/tophervpn.ovpn
If you want to add more clients, you simply need to run this script another time!

What do your OpenVPN logs say?
@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point
@Juski> Got my new signature, thanks!
@Kraze^NFo> Out of context!
@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!
