[GMOD] start.bat wont turn into a .bat file but only a text

[GMOD] start.bat wont turn into a .bat file but only a text

Im trying to create a Garry's mod server. However, For some reason it wont change into an actual .bat file. I have tried looking up answers in the forums and online but with no success. Anyone knows why or how to fix it?

Enable file extensions for known file types.
