Linux servers crashing on mapchange

Post by GameboyHero »

Not sure whether to post this in the TF2 subforum or here since I'm wondering if I'm missing some stuff for hosting.

Whenever I switch to a custom map, the server crashes and ends up restarting. Sometimes it'll change no problem but most of the time it'll give me an error like this:

Code: Select all

error: libcurl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

warning: dynamic section for ".../tf/addons/sourcemod/bin/sourcemod.logic.so" is not at the expected address (wrong library or version mismatch?)
I think I may be missing some files needed for linux but I'm not sure and this is all running on the latest snapshots for both sourcemod and metamod.

Switching to valve maps seems to run fine every time and it'll sometimes load custom maps no problem. I'm still not sure what I need to do to fix this and I've had a similar issue with CSGO so I'm thinking that maybe something is just missing overall. I'm running on Ubuntu 14.04 x64

I would recommend trying a validate on the CS:GO files. Do you see this when you have MM:S/SM disabled?

I have and the issues don't pop up. Been able to do just about what I want without SM/MM. Just whenever I try on either CSGO or TF2 (and I guess any source server) with those installed I run into this problem. I've tried verifying but nothing seems to work.

I wanna say it's something SM/MM related since that's where the problems keep coming up but the version I'm using works fine on a friend's server so I keep thinking it's something else.
