so my vps was ddos i dont know why and who did it but after the ddos i re-installed my os i was going to do this anyway so i when to get the apps i needed with was nodejs and teamspeak 3 i installed teamspeak 3 fine when i went to install nodejs i was downloading at 10 kb and my ping on teamspeak was over 3000 so i stopped the download i don't know if this is because of the ddos but before the ddos i was able to download all the apps very fast could some one help me

What you describe makes me think an attack was launched from your VDS and we limited your bandwidth in response. You should contact us via the "Help" tab in your control panel so we can take a deeper look with you.
