Apache ports.

I have a problem with the Apache, the ports will have 443 stalls are 80 so they can enter the web , but it happens when someone goes on the Web to another port that is not what I got is automatically changed, after a few seconds turns back to 443-80 , but due to change ports when someone comes , do not load the page.
