Restart round files.

FOr CS, some clans have it so after the restart the rounds... its automatically says somthing like


sv_restartround 1
"first restart'
sv_restartround 1
"second restart, live on next"
sv_retartround 1
"Final restart, LIVE"

can anyone tell me exactly what to put in a .cfg file to make it so that happens when i exec it?
