To my knowledge, NFO doesn't sell any server configuration like that. The chip is pretty weak, you might be able to get 2-3 dm/gg servers on that box while full.

probably 24, tough to guesstimate as the CPU usage can vary significantly based on CPU architecture and server configuration.
