Looks like it's running just fine. The ARK server is very basic at the moment and provides no real indication if it's working or not, it also takes like 3-5 minutes to fully boot.

It looks to be running. If you look at the process you should see around 3 gigs of RAM used and 1-3% CPU. Also, look in the server browser and you should be able to see it there.
Ours has been running smooth as silk. It is installed on the SSD drive for a bit of a performance boost. Still takes several minutes to boot. And be prepared to make updates to the server frequently.
My Ark server starts off at just under 3 gigs of RAM but is a bit higher during the start up. If you only have 5 gigs total and are running a Feudal server then you probably will want more RAM. You need RAM for the OS and its operations, and the games as well. Honestly, I would probably go to 8 gigs of total RAM for that setup just to play it safe.
That list would be an unofficial list, so if it's not showing there but is showing in the Steam browser then it means there is something wrong with that list.
