How are "cores" assigned on a managed VDS

How are "cores" assigned on a managed VDS

How, or, are cores assigned on a managed VDS? I guess I mean is each server assigned it's own core, or what?

We do not do core assignments like that, instead we allow the OS to handle that which has always generally been the best method.
