GLIBC_2.15

Post by Zak »

I was wondering if you guys would be able to install GLIBC_2.15 for me or tell me how to? I need it for my Gmod server to start. I am on Debain 7 64bit.

Thanks

Btw it took your support 1 hour 42 mins to reply with this:
"We would not be able to help you with that from here but we are able to offer software support from our forums if you would like to post there.

If installing Debian 8 will be the easiest fix then I'll do that however only if the change from 7 to 8 hasn't changed too much in terms of commands for the command line.

I would have edited the above to add this in put it kept saying you have to have a greater number than 0 to start a poll even though I didn't touch that part...

Stuff seems to work now on Debian 8.
I didn't have these problems on Debian 7 with Inceptionhosting however I was using a 32bit copy. Would that really make all the difference?

Best way to fix these kind of problems is to compile the plugins on the same machine that you are trying to run the servers. This helps in many ways, and ensures best compatibility.

NFO staff may or may not be knowledgeable, but they would look the other way, if you are on unmanaged machine. Don't expect any help from them.
