I have asked the support team about this, but they told me all ports are open. They suggested me to come on the forums.
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but I recently installed a plugin to my forums( MyBB ) called Server Boards. In the forum post about the plugin it say something about open ports, which I have no clue what it is. I have added my IlluminatiSVRP server to the list and it has been running for a while now, but no information is showing up.

If your webhost is another provider, and you're trying to run some web application on that host that isn't working as you'd expect.. you should contact them for support and not us
