Map Rotation/CSGO

Hello! I am confused on how to setup a proper map rotation and voting system. I am currently running a surf server and it has been on the same map for quite awhile now (4 hours) so it would be nice if I could change that. What I'm looking to do is configure RTV to have a extend time option and have a timelimit on the server so when it reaches 0:00 it begins a vote for the next map. You know, like every other server out there.
