Can't connect to the ftp through the windows explorer or through filezilla.
On filezilla i keep getting
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_FAIL - Nonrecoverable failure in name resolution".
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
and on windows explorer i keep getting
Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder.
Details: The Server name or address could not be resolved

Well according to the control panel it said to put my hostname which is "seattlel4d2.game.nfoservers.com" port 21

If this is a new service, the DNS may simply not be propagated to the DNS servers that your ISP uses. You may want to try using the plain IP listed on the Description tab of your control panel.
