Need help yet again :(

I can't seem to upload de_cpl_mill and de_cpl_fire. I have uploaded 6 other maps without problems. I am using a program called smartftp to upload the maps. It keeps giving the message "cannot create file". How can i solve this??

those maps are already on the server, thus you cannot upload them yourself.
