Have been off Battlefield 4 for a week or 2 and came back to find my pings dramatically increased. Ran a few traceroutes and they all seem to be NFO servers based in Chicago. All my jumps seem fine until they connect here. Any ideas on lowering?

Re: Random Ping Increase on Chicago based BF4 servers
Frontier has been having some problems in Chicago recently that are related to per-IP load-balancing within its network -- random destinations in the Chicago area have high latencies for all Frontier clients because of them. We have not been able to route around these on our end; the only workaround is to suggest that the customer try a different IP address for the service, and that is only a temporary one.
Please make sure to contact Frontier to express that you consider a fix to this important! ISPs often do not prioritize fixes until they hear a significant number of customer complaints.

Here's a few sites I would recommend using to confirm if others are having similar congestion issues in your area;
