Need help for ftp server file replace problem

We have a Left 4 Dead 2 game server ordered from normal ordering page.
And when we connect to the ftp server and try to upload sourcemod plugins it works fine but when we try to replace some dlls of the game
It says access denied 550 please help and we can't delete or rename the file also.

You need to make sure your server is not running before uploading, or the files may be locked. Also, key server files may be locked by NFO to ensure people are not uploading cracked versions. They wont want you running a cracked server off their machines.
