Any plans to add H1Z1 test server

As the subject says,

There is the ability to create an H1Z1 server from within steam using the "H1Z1 Test Server".

I know that you have to pay for an H1Z1 license first, but using srcds to download when logged in should work.

Any plans, or ideas on how to add this to a managed VDS?

Last I heard there were no plans to open up server hosting to the public. It seems Sony has chosen to run all of the servers internally. The test server on Steam could be something internal for them or the start of them investigating private servers. Right now it seems to early to say for sure.
