Bad FILE? No Log folder?

Are you looking at an old FTP window? Make sure you close it and reopen it from the link in the File manager.

I completely exited out of it all and went back in and there is a log file now
so is everything good now should i not get the bad file shit no more?

Logs folder, not log file. The log files are in the logs folder.

But ims till geting that bad file message when i try to connect to my server in steam

Here's a screenshot to make it more clear.

The bad file message is because you have a corrupted map as I said. You will need to delete the map on your client and the server and reupload a known-good copy to the server in binary mode.

ya ok but how do i know which map it is?????
I never tried uploading any new maps or anything....

am i being really dumb here or what?

It looks like you accidentally enabled HLGuard's "File Consistency Checking" on the server.

If it's rexed, then it's an invalid link.

Make sure that you are linking to an offsite file that can be viewed in the web browser. Images cannot be stored on the game server itself.

you need to have the picture on a webserver some where like the hosting we provide for you.

I would recommend a jpg/joeg format for picture, bmp loads slow and larger file
