password??

we just bought a server. it's an 11 player private server. i know that i look stupid but i don't know how to get my password. we see the server but we can't get because we don't know what the password is 8.(...

p.s. we are pinging like 130 right now?? we have a member who's in la who's pinging like 20. we're in arizona and me and 1 other member are pinging like 130. i think that it's our internet provider or something, because i tried other servers that are on u're server list and i pinged bad. i just wanted to bring this up. 8P

we are rerouting around that problem right now, should resume pings if not already.

as for password, you need to log in the control panel, go to file manager, and edit the server.cfg

add a line sv_password pass

pass meaning the pass you want like scrim

then go to server control and restart.

Level3 is having some serious issues in LA right now. It looks like the trace to you has about an extra 80-100ms in it as a result of that

This is the first time we've had this particular problem with Level3. They should have it fixed within a day or two. We're trying to reroute some of it with limited success.

THANKS!!! i looked in there and i thought that there might be a line that i could just alter. but there wuzn't so i wuz like "meh... must not be it"

i just wanna say that nuclear fallout pwns!!! the best service ever!!! my old provider would have been like "not our problem" then they would have flamed me and made me cry 8..(... nuclear fallout!!! i love you!!!
